At SmallRig, we stand behind the quality of our camera rigging gear and offer a 30-day window for returns on all items in original condition. If your equipment doesn't perfectly fit your workflow, we are committed to making the exchange or refund process seamless.
Initiate Your Request
Log in to your account and navigate to 'Order History' to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Gear
Securely place the product in its original packaging, including all screws, hex keys, and accessories, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside.
Ship to SmallRig
Affix the provided shipping label and drop your package off at any authorized carrier location; we recommend keeping your tracking receipt for reference.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technical team inspects the returned gear, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
